Garlic Shrimp Linguine


¾ pound uncooked linguine
4 tsp butter
6 tbsp white wine
3 tsp grated parmesan cheese
3 cloves minced garlic
1 ½ tsp chopped parsley
1 – 12 oz package Cox’s peeled and Deveined shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste


Bring large pot of slightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente: drain.

In medium saucepan, melt butter on medium-low heat: add garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes. Add cheese, parsley and wine and simmer over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.

Increase heat to medium-high and add shrimp to skillet; salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp becomes opaque. Do not over cook. Serve over linguine.
