Low Country Boil


5 pounds small red potatoes
5 pounds of whole peeled small sweet yellow onions
Do not cut or chop onions and potatoes. LEAVE WHOLE OR THEY WILL FALL APART
10 quarts water
2 (3-ounce) bags of Zararain’scrab boil seasoning or
6 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
5 pounds kielbasa or hot smoked link sausage, cut into 2½-inch pieces
12 ears of corn, halved
5 pounds Cox's large shell-on shrimp
Cocktail sauce 


Add seasoning to water and bring to a rolling boil. Add potatoes and cook 5 minutes. Add onions and cook 5 minutes. Add sausage and cook 5 minutes. Add corn and cook 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 4 minutes. Turn off cooker.
Serves 20 to 24
